Thank you Pitchy.......our little town is having the annual 4th of July parade....it's mostly tractors pulling hay wagons, old cars, fire engines and about 500 liberals walking who moved in around here in the last 20 years. I'm having a display on my front yard which includes several American flags, a 2020 3x5 Trump banner and the Gadsden flag, (Don't tread on me)

I'll be sitting out there with a big stick and a camera as I expect a few "rusher over destroy types"---6

It is good to be here another year for this day. Reckon I might grill a hotdog or two, plus some meat. My flag flies day of the year.

And a HAPPY FOURTH to you pal. Big fireworks over at the lake tonight. I'll take the kids over but I'm the one who really enjoys them. Warbirds at our airport this evening. I really enjoy that. Lots of old fighters, P51, P47 and a bunch of T6s. YAKs and other Russians. Anyway a good time and wishing fun, good food and cold beverage to all.

Happy 4th folks. But a small historical point. The Declaration of Independence was signed on the 4th of July. The Constitution wasn't ratified until June 21 1788.

What's sad is that most of those in D.C. probably don't know that, and most have likely never even read the Declaration or the Constitution, much less follow the principals of both.

Durn it, Six - I sure wish we were neighbors - we could box 'em in and have a roundup....

Of course we all should realize that the Declaration of Independence is Hate Speech'...

http://www.wnd.com/2018/07/facebook-del ... t-as-hate/

.....THAT is the kind of 'Social Media' our young kids (and Lib-Tarded adults) rely on for learning about the world. Add NPR's promise ..."to not just report news, but ALSO to help you understand and make sense of it, and know what to do about it..." (nice of them to do that for dumb little-ol me, isn't it? ), and it illustrates why WE need to spend LOTS of time with the young'uns and - even the LibTrads - and help THEM understand the REAL world, REAL history, REAL facts, and form opinions based on facts instead of fiction.

What I hate around here in the country is my neighbors don`t know when the fourth is over and they go on for a week.
I turn the bed room air on ,the fan and radio and drown them out. :)
