No numbers or markings - Maybe it belongs to a drug cartel.....
That sub looked relatively short, as large submarines go - and I've never seen one with a square conning tower and protective walls around that forward hatch.
AFAIK, subs are usually as sleek as high-speed aircraft, to travel underwater more efficiently.

A quick search of Atlantis subs shows its a tourist sub. You pay and they take you to underwater tours of sunken ships, etc..

looks like a rich boy's toy. They do make them. I have been fishing off of Port Canaveral FL and had a Trident go under the boat. That was pretty cool.

That would be something. A friend was kayak fishing offshore on the Oregon Coast and had a very large great white glide under his little plastic watercraft ...
