Did you ever get the 1851 Captain Shaeffer model you were drooling over awhile ago?

If not, how about this one? A birdshead snubby 1860 by Pietta..

Sadly, it's not chrome or nickle finished, but is polished "in the white" per This Link by Pietta (click for link). Only problem with that finish is it will show every mark and not look that way for long...

Just being a friendly "enabler", that's all!

I did indeed pick up the Captain Schaefer! :D or, to put it in your terms, I added another three women to the sorority. :lol:

I will need to snap a photo or two - and don't worry, I'll include my now infamous slippers! :wink:

I do have a 1860 snubby, but with a regular grip. That bird's head is interesting for sure! :mrgreen:
