The Springfield 1911 is breaking in nicely

Post by 2ndovc »

Amazing what a good cleaning and a couple hundred rounds will do. I had one FTE but I think it's the magazine, doesn't seem to work right.

Anyway, I'm really digging this pistol..

Or maybe it's just the grips. :D

Nice. I carry my 30 year old full size Springfield all the time. I have stags on mine. It's an old friend and I trust it with my life.
Also have a Springfield Micro Compact Loaded. I carry it when the weather gets warmer and I need something small.
"Oh bother", said Pooh, as he chambered another round.

I sure like my Springfield 9mm. It is very accurate and has never had even one FTF / FTE , and it has only been fed reloads
From new. Mine is stainless.
