Rumbling through the Andes - a look at scenery along the way.

Post by AmBraCol »

On Tuesday I rode the Rumbler over to Villavicencio, the doorway to Colombia's eastern plains. Took a new route as my usual pass is experiencing traffic stops of long duration due to construction - which eventually should improve traffic mobility. So over Letras pass, down through Armero and up the western side of the eastern range of the Andes I rode. Had a lot of fun on a low traffic load road with plenty of twisty stretches. Anyway, here's a few glimpses of the scenery along the way.

Very nice! Love the high vista views. Reminded me of when I was in the French Alps and in Norway.

Pretty cool Paul.....except for Canada I've never been out of the states. I've always pictured other countries as all dirt roads and people living in thatch huts...but your videos show different. It looks like our West.----6
