The Chicago PD "SOS" "special" unit is in trouble again...

FWIW, alot of the Beat Cops are not too fond of the "Sons of Seargents" unit either.

Why is it tha "special" in Chicago always seems to mean Crony/Corrupt/Mob?

I remember back in the '60's, Daley the first had the garage that was the scene of the St Valentine's Day Massacre torn down. He said that he didn't want people to think of Chicago as being a city run by gangsters. Sounds like he should have torn down the police department and city hall instead.
