John Kort

Post by Steelbanger »

Anyone hear anything about John Kort's condition? Many of us are watching and praying for John and we all want to let him know how much we value him. John, I know it isn't easy to function when your life is so wrapped up with treatment for your cancer. We all understand your condition and pray daily for you.

Trusting in the Lord,

Good afternoon
John wrote me this am and stated he was feeling somewhat better and energetic. He did ask anyone who is willing to keep praying for him.

Well that is the best news I'be had all day. Prayers will continue. I always say prayers is powerful stuff. My maternal grandmother used to say that, and she should know...closest thing to an Angel I ever met.

Thanks for the update, and for asking about John's status. I think of him often, and continue to pray for his speedy and successful recovery! Cancer is a horrible thing.

John has been on my nightly prayer list since we 1st talked together before the 1st tumor operation.
A Get Well Card from his friends on the forum is always a Pick Me Up when one is recovering from this latest treatment to kill the partial tumor that was missed with the 1st operation ...

Jacks a great guy to which I have learned a lot from and have enjoyed many an evening with, not to mention the many gifts of old ammo and gunpowder he has bestowed upon me. We have even shared a lot of "gas" between us in cramped places. :D ( "The Gunny" was always the winner). He is a strong dude and will be fine and fully expect him to once again to be the ramrod at this years Leveraction Jubile at the Ridgeway Rifle Club in October.----6
