Lyman's 452651 bullet in Model 1892 reproductions?

Lyman's #452651 bullet is a 325-grain truncated or tangential point bullet that might be well suited for my Rossi 92 45 Colt rifle.

Those who have used this bullet in their reproduction Winchester 1892s, please report how it shoots in your rifle and precisely how you loaded the cartridge.

I had a Rossi 92 clone that was very picky about cartridge length and bullet shape.
My Marlin 1894 Cowboy is less sensitive and will work with any bullet shape up to 1.68" or a bit longer.
My Win 94AE is not overly sensitive, it will work with anything up to 1.75" OAL.

The truncated cone design works great in most any lever gun though. I have used them from 230 gr up to the 300 gr version with two crimp groves seated out to the lower grove. My Rossi was gunsmithed so it would feed Keith bullets so it wasn't stock inside, yours might be different.
All you could do is load up a few as dummy rounds and try them.
