Another reason I love Wyoming

I'm not a golfer but my wife is, we went to a little hippie coffee shop here in Lander and saw a notice on their bulletin board. Seems the local chapter of the RMEF is hosting a golf tournament this weekend, $100.00 to enter. Low Gross team (whatever that is) gets 4 new Ruger .30-06 rifles. Low Net team gets 2 Bushmaster M4 carbines and 2 Sig Saur .40 caliber semiauto pistols. Can you imagine something like this happening in more enlightened places like California, New Jersey, New York, etc.?.

Neither can I :lol:

Yeah, but I figured in Wyoming, they'd at lest be 45 ACP's instead of 40 S&W's.... :D

I have a friend who moved to Wyoming a few years ago, they live above Dubois. He approached a local law enforcement officer
and asked if his carry permit from Washington was good in Wyoming. The Sheriff deputy replied that "everyone in Wyoming carries a gun".
Certainly a different world than much of the USA.
