Finally found one designed for safe dials:

Magnet holds it on and battery driven. I bought mine here:

I just keep one of those free Harbor Freight magnetic flashlights stuck on one of the safe doors, and move it to whichever safe I need it at.

I've got a little LED light I have $1.00 for at Atwood's. Magnetic and sticks on door. I can remove it and use it for an emergency flashlight in the safe or around the house.

That's the same as the freebie HF light I have. The LED lights last forever.

Vance,
One of the advertising points the manufacturer makes for this light is that you can remove it and use it as a flash light in the safe.
When done inside the safe, just put it back in place above the combination. 8)
Plus it looks cool.

Mine too. A Harbor Freight freebie and it works great!
