We used to shoot .410s in Trapdoor Springfield and '86 Winchesters..
We'd have done better throwing hands-full of pea gravel...
I tried the 9410 with no better results..

410 has become my new favorite. I shot close to 100 pheasants this past season, at least 80 met their maker thanks to the .410.
The Henry's are darn purdy, just wish they would put choke tubes in them!

I have a decent H&R 410 that will shoot 3" shells.....Being limited to 2.5" in the Henry I'm not apt to consider one.

It might be worth a look for those pesky tree rodents. They got in my attic and chewed my telephone wires. God Bless.

If Rossi weren't making (and I hadn't bought) a the proper gate-loading version I'd probably buy one.

That said, I really dislike "pull-out-the-tube" loaders.
