Prayers please

"When it rains, it pours" is a very true statement. Last Monday evening, my Dad was put into ICU from a stroke but, now has stabalized enough to be put in a regular room a couple of hours ago. The Dr. says that he won't be as before because he is going into another state of dementia and probably won't be able to return home.
Thursday night, my wife's step mom called and said my FIL had to be put in ICU because of a lung fungus. He has been in the hospital for a couple of weeks taking kemo treatments for his leukemia and in his weakened state may not be able to fight this much longer. My wife left this morning for California to be with him. We would really like to be together for each other's support but, a couple thousand miles seperate us. Please say an extra prayer to give us strength and God's will be done. Thanks -JDL

Thanks so much for your prayers, a quick update.
Dad failed his swallow test today so it will be necessary for a feed tube. My wife is so afraid because she doesn't think her dad has accepted Jesus, and it seems to be just a matter of time, so please ask for a change of heart in him. Thanks again -JDL
