I'm betting photos are needed for any real evaluation.

Talking to a couple of cartridge collectors and was told that most of the time the box is worth more than the ammo if it's in any kind of shape.

I've got several old boxes of Remington and Western paper 16 gauge shells and I'm just hanging onto them in case I run out of anything newer to shoot.

I used to love reloading paper shells they always came out looking perfect. Wish I still had some. Had hundreds at one time during my dove hunting glory days of the mid '80s.
