No gun owner shoul ever post anything that starts with............
..I only have a _____________.

Never feel bad about only owning one of anything.
It puts you ahead of countless others,
and as all of us know,
gun owners seldom own one of anything for long!

I own too many now, nad sometimes I feel bad about that.
I enjoy knowing I have them, but I feel bad I do not get time to use
all of them more often.
I also am not as good of shooter as I used to be.
When I had one shotgun, one .22 rimfire rifle, one .22 handgun,
one high powered rifle, and one 357 revolver, I used to know each of
those guns so well, I was confident I could hit what I wanted under most
any condition.
I knew those guns so well.

I am glad to see so many others here also enjoy acquiring different
brands, models, and calibers.

All Marlins:
45-70
44 Mag
357 Mag
30-30

All the handguns are Rugers.

Two addictive brands are enough. 8)

Hah, Hah! So do I!! It's been at the 'smith's for two years getting the new barrels made and the restoration work. I've never shot the darn thing. I'm ready though - I have all the dies (which was quite a feat), bullets, and load info. I think in another year or so I should have it. We can talk then

It's a sweety...according to Madl's research, this gun being mfg in May 1894 (serial 88,xxx) makes it one of the first (if not THE first) 40-70 TDs. Of course being sent back and reconfigured to both a 50 ex and a 33 wcf makes it even sweeter :D :D
