Anyone know who has brass in stock?

Post by shooter »

Need some .45 Colt brass, and all my usual haunts are out. Midway, Natchez, Wideners, Graf and Sons, etc. Anyone know where I can find any?

There are some lots on Gunbroker but be prepared to pay for them. Other than that I found one bag of Magtech at the Cabela's in Kansas City. I don't know why I didn't buy it.

Of all places,...Cabelas shows they have both Remington and Winchester, but I'd hurry up and buy some cause it's on sale.

nope no got.
i have a standing order with buff arms, they have not called yet.

if there is a largish gunshow around you, that's your best bet.
i've been looking for awhile myself, found some at the last show.
i'll be going again this weekend, do you want me to pick some up
for you, if i find any?
careful what you wish for, you might just get it.

I appreciate the offer, but there's a gun show in town here this weekend. I was trying to not go there. The prices are usually a little inflated, plus there's the admission fee to enter into the equation. If it's the only place to get it, then i will suck it up and get it. I really do appreciate the offer, but I'll pass. Less trouble for both of us if I can find some at my gun show.

sad, but just a few years ago, you could get the best deals at gun shows - 100 rounds .357 reloads for $22 - not just the brass. Not any more.
Cowboy shoots are the place now, not like gunshows for selection, but that's where my buddy found some primers for me, and at the right price.

They haven't update their web catalog in the last 30 days, but Blue Star Brass has either Remington or Starline listed as in stock.
