Stainless Steel

Stainless gets scratched up pretty easy. Anyone had any luck getting rid of scratches. Blueing is easy to touch up.

Do you have any metal buffing equipment. Something like a bench grinder with a 6" sewn moslin wheel and polishing compound like these.

With this setup you can make it like new in just minutes.

Try buffing the scratches with a green Scotch Brite pad.
Well done is better than well said.

The problem I've had is trying to fix a scratch in one small area. I can buff out the scratch but the finish on that spot never matches the rest.

Unless it is something really bad I leave it there.

Whatever you use to buff with the grit size should match. Just like sandpaper grit, the various compounds give different degrees of brightness or shine.
