Pistol caliber?

Post by JerryW »

Will a 357 or 44-40 with the proper load and bullet in a 92 or 73 clone have the knockdown to tip the 200 yd./meter rams down? Thank you. JerryW

Usually, but you will ring a few. With the new rule on setting the rams at the topple point, as in IHMSA, you will probably do a lot better. I shoot with a lady who is a competitor at the National Championship level in all categories of Lever Action. She shoots a .357 exclusively and does very well indeed with it.
