OUCH!!!!

I wonder what it cost to get that car fixed? What a mess to clean out of there.

That requires a barf smiley, but we don't have one.

Seems the fellow was out on the Autobahn doing 140 km/hr and had a close quarters deer encounter...hate to see the repair bill.

Just for my curiosity, what does 140KPH equal in MPH? About 70 or so?

Junior,

After I posted that I said to myself, self go out and look. So out in the snow I went and broomed 3" of snow off my Pathfinder and checked it's dual reading speedometer. And it also said 87MPH.

I shoulda looked first.

What would you say....about 30 inches of penetration?

Looks like decent weight retention, too. Jacketed soft point (fur jacket)

Anyway...that really is a fascinating situation.

Heck, if the engine was hot, it's already cooked. Break out the knives and forks. A little fur never hurt anyone.

It will cost $2.87 to fix the damage, another $2200 to remove the deer.
