Propaganda? Not hardly. Atheistic communism (how's that for redundant repetitiveness?) has always abhorred "the opiate of the masses" and has always persecuted those who follow the Christ. Apparently you've not kept up on 20th century history - which keeps repeating itself into the 21st century as far as human rights abuses against Christians goes. And that's not to mention the persecution against Christians in Muslim countries. Oh, and that's not to mention the number of Christians murdered by the communist "insurgents" here in Colombia - the FARC, ELN, etc. It's not propaganda - it's a fact of life in many parts of the world.

The Christians in China need our prayers.
Lets not buy anything from China, if you can help it.
That which does not kill us makes us stronger!

There was a gentleman and his wife from China that joined a group of pheasent hunters where I worked a couple years back. He had never fired a gun before. We gave an all morning lesson on firearms handling and trap shooting. We turned him loose with the rest of the group. He limited out. There was some extensive smiling all about. A nice couple, unfortunately they were also Christians. Shortly after returning to China they were arrested and last I knew, were still missing.

I disagree with you, Buffboy. I'd phrase it "fortunately they were also Christians." I've noticed that Christians tend to have what it takes to get through the bestial treatment that the communist and islamic governments mete out to them - and come up OK. A friend of mine is a Christian and works across the border from his native land in Communist controlled territory. I wonder sometimes when will be the last time I hear a report from him on this side of Glory.

I saw this one too today - on Jewish World Review, which is one of the most pro-Christian sites on the WWW!

One of my customers is from Vietnam, and his brother is a Roman Catholic priest still in the country. Soldiers routinely come into the church to "monitor" his sermons, and help themselves to the donation box. Christians are persecuted relentlessly in communist countries - for they will brook no higher authority than the almighty state. Only place worse is Islamic countries...

You are correct in your phrasing.
