It IS some kind of levergun, but is it really a Ruger?

Why is it gunbroker BS?

Looks uncomfortable to shoot.

No. At first the listing said it was a Ruger.

It's a rather questionable Martini action with a Ruger barrel. Priced too high for so many unanswerable questions.

The seller changed the ad, after he was emailed the question: "What would you call a Ruger with a S&W barrel - a S&W ?"

It was typical gunbroker (seller, not website) BS - which is either ignorant mistaken espousal or deliberate attempts to mislead.
