I didn't find it on their website, but Coonan emailed they are taking names for their 10mm. Specifically designed for the 10mm, not just a rechambered 45.

That bullet (or boolit) should penetrate deep, and it won't have the velocity of other rounds. So accuracy is the main thing.

If I remember, 45Stomp posted pics some years back. He collected some big critters with a 45Colt Lever. I've probably missed other posts, but still remember his.

A friend on another forum mentioned one of these selling before he could get it some years ago. I don't really follow 99s but recognize they're special. And the 38-55/375win speaks for themselves. I don't remember hearing much about the 99/38-55; anyone here have anything they can share about it?

The original 21 & 30 frame is just bigger enough that I stayed with the smaller standard frame. When the short frame came out, my equipment was already set up. Then I discovered Glock's 357Sig with better accuracy, less muzzle flip, easier overall recoil, and street results mimicking the old 357...

Didn't Gabe do a similar article a few years ago, using a Marlin 45-70? Levers are pretty flexible in regards to the loads we can use, so most any caliber can work. A good Lever is not a bad thing to have around and can easily be used in teaching gun responsibility, handling, safety, etc... to our k...
