Although I once remember seeing Marshall Dillon having to stop in a gun fight and fight with that little ting on top of the bolt. We know Lucas McCain had a real Winchester- it always worked!

Six, I don't have an idea what to tell you about the wiring, I've not had a reason to switch a motor like that. You would have to talk to someone that does eletric motor work. It could be as simple as swapping the neutral and the black...?

New Shilen barrel

IS A KEEPER! For years I've been debating a new barrel for my favorite 22. Ruger 77/22. Seemed like every time the barrel bug would bite there wasn't a barrel to be found. Thats typical, they complain about a pest but don't allow the solution! Is it possible for you to shoot them on roost with an airgun? The farmers might be more receptive? Of course then you need a Rook rifle.

Yes, cheap 22 ammo tends to make very gritty mung inside the receiver. Never having a 32-20 i can't say one way or the other. It would be nice if Henry or Marlin would bring back the old great -20 & -40 calibers. Sure they aren't the same but they would be available and the brass makers would st...

Though I don't have a Rossi, my 1969 Ruger Carbine shoots 300XTP ok its definitely better with 240s. I believe the Ruger twist is 1:38. If that's indeed true, the 1:30 is a bit faster and may be ok with 300s.
