The upper hand guard is very similar to the Springfield Krag. I've seen a couple modified to fit on '95 SRCs. Also there is a slight difference between the '95 SRC upper h.g. and the Musket but it can be made to fit if you find one. I bought one at a show that the guy thought was a Krag hand guard. ...

Used Mr. Miller's Brilliant suggestion and used one of my old Lee hand prime shell holders and pulled a 9mm and one of the '06s. Powder looked just like the powder from the 30-30. Just fine.
