Thanks for making me feel better.

When we left for the "Winter of Fun" trip last year I hid most of my guns in the house and left a couple red headed step children in the safe. Somewhere in my house there is a Ruger P-95 playing hide 'n seek with me and so far it's winning.

Skinner sells a different sight for Rossi dovetails. I can tell you it's much different than the 3/8" standard. I got in a hurry and ordered the wrong one for my Rossi but rather than send it back I put it on a Stevens 325 I had and it's a marriage made in heaven.

Concur on the Rossi bullet size. I struggled to get decent accuracy from mine. Finally slugged the barrel. Oops. .453.

I think I had a mild case about 2 mos. ago. Aches, no appetite, fever up to 100.9. Lasted about 38-40 hours, but it was a couple days before I really felt like eating or going to the range. I think I got it from something I touched at the grocery store. Read a pretty good article by a research chap....

One of the large problems as I see it is that we think we are so smart and advanced that too many of the "scientists" made stuff up instead of saying "I don't know". Sometimes that's the only correct answer.

Big 10-4 on the shot. I was all but out of shotgun reloading mostly because of the cost of shot. Then I inherited 100 lbs of #8 magnum so I guess "every time I think I'm out, they pull me back in". I sold my 20 ga. MEC but still have a Load All II in case I can't find any bargains.
