This is an old Toshiba laptop brought back to life with a 150G drive and an extra 20G of RAM from a dead HP.

I'm running XP.

The newer Toshiba runs Win 8.?.

My demands are not great, the machines just have to work.

It appears that Hans Conreid did some of the "voices", to perfection as always.

William Conrad did some of the narration.

It was a pleasure to listen to some of the old recordings.

They were well written and amusing even after all these years.

The radio shows with William Conrad playing the part of Matt Dillon are very good.

He had a wonderful voice.

They are available for download on the Internet, or at least they were.

Very enjoyable listening to and from work.

Evening All I don't expect much from Microsoft and am seldom disappointed. Windoze 8.1 is what I use on this Toshiba laptop. As far as updates are concerned, in my experience its basically hit and miss, I tend to ignore them. After all, if you can't get it right the first time.... Heaven help anyone...

John, the barrel is a 20" long Micro-groove.

I just made up the third dummy round, 2.550" with a FCD.

The bullet feels quit secure in the neck of the case.

Evening all, I have cast the Lee 200gn bullets, WWs plus gas check for use in my 30-06. They work well. As far as the 30-30 is concerned, I have only made up two "dummy" rounds, one crimped at the usual point on the bullet the other seated for an OAL of 2.55", no crimp. I have plenty ...
