Re: Mod 64 day
Very nice. I have a 64 I picked up several years ago I need to get out with. It was d&t on the right side for a Weaver side mount. So I picked up the proper mount and a Lyman receiver sight for the left side and it wears both now.

I’m sorry. I have to vent. We started to watch this feel good movie… Penguin Bloom. There came a point in the movie where one of the kids said something like they stole my mom. I’m sorry. I’m so **** crushed. And there are people. People who made these diseases and vaccines who stole my wife. Who st...

I have an 86 EL.
IIRC I cut the legs off the rebound spring guide, cut a half cock notch in the hammer and removed the tang safety.
Never a misfire before or after the mod.
Many many handloads have gone through that rifle. It’s one of the few cold dead hands guns I have.

Your food was fine. It takes time. The dish was between 140° and 40° for how long? Not long. Maybe three hours? It takes much longer to breed enough salmonella to make you sick. There’s tens of thousands of restaurants in the US that keep food in that range for 12+ hours a day every day and then reh...

That’s a tough one. Even if he was facing the street his time deficit was huge. Drawing from the drop could have succeeded if the lead perp was just using the gun as an intimidation tool, a poor shot or the gun was a High Point.

Sold a number of the Sig P238s to folks willing to listen, compare and look beyond price differences. That single-action trigger makes a significant difference, especially in a handgun chambered in a cartridge that really needs to be shot well to be at its most effective. It is a shame Sig has quit...

The .410 in most guns comes with a fixed full choke. Nath opened his up a few thou. No one that I could find (except Briley $$$) threads .410 bore guns. I’d really like a threaded choke.
