That was one of the reasons I didn't go with the Henry when I was looking for a pistol caliber carbine. I ended up going with a Ruger 77/357 instead. I just need to shoot it more.

I looked at the tank models but we don't do enough printing to make it worthwhile so I got the same version that uses the cartridges. I haven't had any problems but haven't used it much either.

This one isn't the topbreak. It just has a pin that holds the cylinder in the frame. These were made from the late 20s till 1952. The trouble is getting the pin out, it is tough.

I never heard Dirty Harry ever carried anything but a .44 mag, never heard the stuff about the other calibers. I did hear though that in a few scenes he carried an 8 3/8th version instead of the 6.5 for the added screen effect.
