The shotgun thing won't work for us in the southwest. check out the video and then explain why it doesn't work in the SW: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3rfYnfp-RM&feature=fvwp&NR=1 that's cylinder bore, smooth bore, ranged in and performing just fine with a 420+gr slug. and it can be load...

11 grains, loose in the case, for about 1000 fps. It's subsonic, hardly no recoil. 11 grains of Unique can be used with any grain cast bullet and is the most accurate. If any 45-70 does not shoot with this load, get rid of the gun.----6 want to double-check, will this load expel a 525 gr bullet too...

Here's more a recent test that I had not seen before. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=soNdX36P-3E I think that anyone poo-poo-ing the 380 should still not stand in front of one. think about it, the 9 mm, 380, 38spcl, and 357 are all shooting variations of the same bullet, and the 357 is renowned as a...

My biggest complaint about .380 is that it is so popular, it's hard to find any ammo other than FMJ, and even that is scarce. That's why I have Ranch Dogs 380 mold. It's a dandy little flat nosed 100 grain bullet. I figured since those flat nosed hard cast hunting bullets of his work so well, then ...

Edit: after rereading it struck me that folks consider the Mini in what is often considered the accuracy class of a 30-30 lever. Yep; funny that for many levergunners (or others) to find a Mini-14 to be 'acceptable' it has to shoot under 2-3 MOA, on the other hand, many semiauto buffs (and others) ...

Mesa was actually a seperate community back then? Not only that, but there was nothing but desert on the north side of Camelback, all the way to Mayer.
