It's highly likely that dead guy at the end came in unarmed and when the girl found the gun laying loose on the floor, she picked it up and the evil in it made it go off Unfortunately, that really is the mentality of the anti gun lobby. Hard to believe the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia is part of the USA. Sounds more like part of the UK, or OZ. Gay or otherwise, sheep are sheep, and when the wolf comes into their paddock they will all run into the corner of the paddock and hope the wolf picks some other sheep.
What we need in this world are more sheepdogs, and less of the nanny state mentality which punishes the sheepdog for biting.

Looks like the meat in those monster snakes could feed a lot of hungry folks. The Burmese pythons go about 60LB full size in the wild, and Burmese are what you've got in the Everglades. One article I've read suggests there may be upwards of 600,000 of them in the park. If my calculator is to be bel...

Re: 1892 Receiver Strength vs 1894
So, if you were interested in a 45 Colt, would you get the Rossi in 454 to get the hardier rifle? Not unless you can find and afford 454 brass. Otherwise you would have the same problem that 357 shooters have when they feed their guns with lots of 38 spl brass, crud buildup. What I would probably d...

Re: 1892 Receiver Strength vs 1894
There is another item to consider when deciding between the 92 and the 1894 Marlin. Recoil. I use a Marlin 1894 in 357 to shoot a 180 grain bullet at 1750 fps, to knock down 200 meter rams in cowboy silhouette. It's fun, but that's a maximum load so I only use it about a quarter of the time and a li...

Re: Wrangler - Advice needed
If you already have a couple of 30-30s why not try something else. 357 is cheap to reload for, especially if you cast your own bullets. Brass lasts forever, and a can of powder gets you hundreds of rounds. My 200 meter silhouette rounds are pushing harder than most people push their cast 30-30 round...

If you are looking for a Win 30-30, you can find good shooters on usedguns for about $700 -$750. If you want something a bit different to everyone else and willing to pay a few extra bucks for it then $850 is probably not a bad price if the gun is in good nick. There are some fancy Win 30-30s on use...

I'm guessing accuracy would be a big reason for handguns being poor bear stoppers. How many people can shoot straight with all that brown adrenaline running down their leg. An animal full of adrenaline takes a lot more stopping than a calm one, as any hunter knows. I would guess the only way to stop...

How many ferals do you come across that wouldn't call it a day after being shot, regardless of caliber. Of those that won't go down to a 9mm, I wonder how many wouldn't go down to a hand cannon either. As far as "the shootout" is concerned I've seen the video, and if a bunch of ferals with...

KWK, I don't know if it does any damage in the leverguns but I know 10 rounds will heat up the barrel a lot more than either 2205 or 2400 does.
