Went to purchase a full choke for my Remington model 1100 today. I purchased a Carlsons extended choke then I started looking around. To make a long story short, I ended up bringing home a new Marlin model 60SS .22 autoloader too. This will take over for my Remington model 550-1 that has bolt issues...

It always cracked me up watching the old series Gunsmoke on TV. Marshell Dillon would be riding from Dodge City up to Hays City and in the background was a most impressive mountain range. I have been all over western and central Kansas and I have yet to stumble on that mountain range.

A couple of weeks ago at a gun show in Wichita I picked up a Camillus knife cartridge series .30-30 winchester. The knife was brand new in the box. I purchased it for $25.00. Since Camillus is out of business now I think it is a nice addition to my Boy Scout knife collection.
