With the rise in aids and such, CPR sure has changed. Back in the old days, when air got into the victims stomach, I don't care how good you are, it happens, the victim would regurgitate. That matter had to be removed, and the old finger swipe didn't always do the trick. Sometimes suction would be n...

Good morning When you are riding a M3A4 Stuart with 4 caliber 30 Brownings and a 37mm cannon it is not a real issue what your side arm is. Sadly though, as good as General Patton was with tactics and understanding of the role of Armor.. he overlooked the value of "Blending In with the surround...

Sounds good. Resuscitation has come along way since I first learned DPR in the 60's. Changes in CPR, and more importantly the prevalence of easy to use automatic defibrillators do offer better odds of survival. But the Docs made a good point that the person is already dead.

Re: OT: What pocket pistol to get???
A few designs have "covered" hammers that leave a very small amount of the hammer exposed. Not enough to cause problems with the draw, but with practice you can cock the hammer. But truthfully, if you need a pocket gun, cocking the hammer probably won't be in the offing. But to answer your...

5 shot .38. Pick the flavor of your choice, be it blued steel, stainless steel or one of the lightweight materials. Either a bobbed or "hamerless" design works best for pocket carry. Make sure you get a good pocket holster. They keep your revolver gunk free and in the proper position to dr...
