Re: Wet vs dry

Earlier this year I bought a Frankford Arsenal wet tumbling kit that was on sale at Midway. Since I shoot a lot of BP rounds, I tend to decap before tumbling, either dry or wet. With the wet and using the pins I find my brass comes out shiny, inside and out, including the primer pockets. I've reload...

Excellent post Jim. Glad you got it back and enjoy it so much. I once owned a Single Six and traded it for a Marlin 336 in .30-30. When my Dad moved from AZ to TN he mentioned that he wanted to hunt bears... so I gifted him the 336. After he passed, my Mom gave me his guns, and my son his 10-22. I a...

All that danged trouble to locate the rifle and during today's trip to the range, instead of 200 yards, I decided to start at the 100 yard line. I'm only low on my Winchester Large Rifle primers... and don't particularly want to switch to what's available right now. My local fun store is still limiting customers to 300 primers per purchase... and going back a few days later isn't much of a successful strategy!
