I would just leave it as it is and hang it on the wall, good for storytelling.

Need Single Action Army revolver help
I have a Cimarron Single Action Army, .45 Colt, with exactly 51 rounds through it. Firing cast bullets with light loads. Upon firing the 51st shot, the action locked up and cannot be moved. The hammer is down and cannot be cocked or moved. The trigger cannot be moved at all. I got the pin and cylind...

Down in Panama, it behooved one to walk in the street at 0200hrs after the NCO club closed. All kinds of snakes ruled terra firma after dark. The up side was zero stray cats, and no rats or mice problems. Most people that I recall were unable to walk after the NCO club closed at 0200. Never happene...

Chilly day at the range
Over 30 geezers and geezerettes gathered at 0800 yesterday morning for our weekly Lever action silhouette shoot on the 1/2 scale targets. Temp at that time was 39 degrees, overcast and about 10-15 knots of wind from 2 or 3 oclock. So nasty and miserable that about a dozen of them turned around and w...

I recently scored a 1908 copy of the Sears Roebuck catalog from 1908, this is the 1970 reprint. Lots of fun reading , an insight into how people lived back then. If you lived in a small town or rural area that's how you got most of your supplies. Anyway, I got to looking at the guns and ammo. Marlin...
