Still got it. 82 Scrambler. Over 300,000 on it now. Yea, the engines been rebuilt, as has the tranny. Suspensions due for a redo, think I'll stick with the 2" lift, haven't needed anything else. Maybe paint it from it's current red back to the original gray. http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f2...

I had a Garand. Well, technically I still do, but my youngest seems to have claimed it. I also have a Scout Squad. I prefer the Scout Squad. It's lighter, and shorter. You don't have to use those long 20 round mags, they come in 10 and even 5. It's much easier to scope the Scout.

"Practical" is a relative term. By the time you had enough oil and water to go any distance, you would have no payload capacity. Had it truely been "practical", we'd all be flying in steam powered planes today. Just an old steam engineers opinion, take it for what it's worth.
