they were doing a contest giveaway of some powerball tickets if you could call in with the correct answer to their quiz question. I listened for a bit and no one was getting the right answer. Finally after probably a couple dozen callers got it wrong, I pulled over in a gas station and started call...

Does anyone have any handloading data for the 458 American cartridge? I've found very little information on the internet. It's very similar to the 450 Marlin. The case is 1/10" of an inch shorter. I suppose I could use the 450 Marlin as a guide but thought I would pick the collective brains her...

Personally, I'd rather have a semi-auto anyway.... If full-autos weren't so regulated, and therefore so valuable to sell instead of fiddle with - and if I had one - I'd probably be "modifying" it to fire semi-auto instead of full-auto..... :lol: Three-shot burst would be kind of cool thou...
