Re: My Little Winchester 94 Family

The ultimate 94 was the BigBore .356WCF. .348 WCF.ballistics stuffed into the little 94. A 200 yard 30-06 with a bigger bullet, to smack all North American Game. What more could you ask for! 45/70 because I am not remotely interested in packing meat an extra 200 yards. .   https://e...

Easily rectified.
Go pre war if you can.
Better investment than any bank or wall street investment.
The plus side is you can enjoy those investments this side of the dirt.

Welcome to the dark side old man. You'll not find me scoping a pre 64. I would rather send it to Canada. But it does shoot better now. :? We will have to see what Sixgun says about this. Tell me about a couple of things on your old 194? 94. is it marked 30wcf? is the hammer checkering in a little square? I have one in almost new condition that first dated 1939 then other sites put it as a 1943 so I don't know what it really dates at. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l308/mountainc...

This was posted on another forum by a hunter who lives in Minnesota. Well, I had success this weekend with the 44-40. It had been raining and sleeting for two days. I was not using my deer stand, because the deer were not moving. I was still hunting and pushing the marshes and watering holes. I push...
