Shot the CVA 32 today
I got My 311 mold in the mail yesterday and withheld as long as I could before going out to the Garage and turning on the lead Pot. I have a little 4 lb pot borrowed till I get My Lee 20 lb pot from Cabelas. I cleaned the mold with starting fluid to remove any oil then blew it off with air and smoke...

Thx Nate, now the only question is will the Browning Outer Mag tube work on the interarms. If the guy wants to pay for it I will order it. $19.99 plus $7.95 shipping. Pretty simple operation to install.

We can still use lead in My area but for how long Who knows. I don't hunt so Mine will be just plinking and target. How long that will last is anybody's guess. I ordered a 311 round ball mold last nite from Cabelas. Free shipping so I went ahead and ordered the Lee 4-20 production pot also but didn't notice that the pot is backordered till 12-25. Gots to pay attention. I will look for some lead in the meantime but until something breaks We r on hold.

The bore on my Rossi 92 manufactured in the early 1980s (they call it a model 65) measures .429. It wears a .44 mag barrel. I am confident Rossi did this to ease manufacturing costs. Thx veeman, mine are all new guns and have not slugged them. This just came up today and it may be why the Guy is selling them. He has a couple tuned Colts so maybe He knows they are too small. And as everbody notes in other threads- too small bullets make for serious leading.
