Re: Henry Long Ranger .338 Fed

I recently posted my moose kill in BC with my Marlin 338 Marlin Express. It was a 270 yd shot, very effective even at that distance. It was the 200 gr. Hornady. Marlin has stopped making the 338 rifle, I assume they did not sell well, but I'm not letting go of mine any time soon. A 338 Henry would b...

Who should I visit with about the "attach picture" device, it just doesn't work for me and others. I am part of other
forums and can post any picture I have on my computer, but this forum doesn't let me post most of my pictures.

Sorry about that pic, I just can't seem to get my pics to "like" the sight. The rack was 44 1/2 inches, quite even, very
heavy, officially a 10 point as one or two didn't count. Pretty nice for a lower Canada moose.

Re: Best/Safest way to take a live manufactured bullet apart

Thanks, no I will not guess on the powder type, I was curious about the weight however,
It was 46.3 gr. That's pretty much a full load with most powders listed in Hornady for
that case. I have not fired the gun much but have noticed that it seems to be a pretty
stout load with those FTX cartridges.
