I don't burn em long, but here's what I did, the flavor was good, and they were juicy! Defrost 1-1/2 lbs of steaks (1/2" to 3/4" thick) in fridge for 3-4 days, puncture meat repeatedly with large fork. Mix up marinade and put in a ziplock bag with steak overnight, turning bag occasionally....

Took the 16 Y/O out after Elk in one of our jeeps. He shot it on top of the mountain about an hour before 0 dark thirty. Got it quartered and got off the mountain in the dark.
