I've got a 4" Python and a 4-5/8" Blackhawk.

Both are excellent sidearms, easy to handle and very accurate.

The 4" Python is a great revolver, but I think I would have liked a 6" Python for non-carry type field work better. I wouldn't change the Blackhawk.

Maybe you aren't positioning the crescent properly..

A crescent butt-stock isn't made to pull into your shoulder, it's made to sit high on your upper arm above the bicep with the lower "point" in your armpit and the upper going over the deltoid (your shoulder).

I have had every...EVERY... owner of any lease I have used, tell me to shoot any dog seen running deer, collar and tags or not, theirs or someone else's, no difference.
