Put the cartridge in your press and run it up. Clamp down on the bullet with a pair of pliers or vice grips, holding them vertically. Lower the ram, the pliers wont go thru the die hole, pulling out the bullet.

You are talking about a very light duty intermittant use here. Either one should last forever at the rate you will use it. DeWalt is a great brand, you might want to inspect each one and make up your own mind, I wonder is they are BOTH made in China? :lol:

In metallic silhouette, the .357 Magnum knocks down the 55 pound rams with no problems to speak of.

Makes me wonder why we are talking about shooting at human beings at 200 yards with a levergun. Is that what we do here?

I would use the JB. A friend has Marlin semiauto .22 that would NOT keep the scope mount on the grooves no matter what. We tried the red locktite to no avail, still shot loose. JB fixed it, has not come loose after about 5000 rounds.

I once fixed up a garage with a complete set of metal kitchen cabinets I obtained from a contractor who was overhauling a kitchen. Worked great. Hard to find the old metal ones now, but might not be too hard to find some wooden ones. Ask around.
