What did you think, one of my favorites :)
I bought the Lee Marvin one too but like the later one the best.
Reading the book now, Monte just met Chet and up to no good pulling jokes on each other and others.

Found a few saw logs while cutting firewood so fired up the mill. I`ll be in this stand more this year which is by the road the road hunters use and i`ll have the real camera with me.
Gonna be quite a ride if the wind is blowing , that spuce is a young tree and will sway around good .

Don`t underestimate the ML rifle, most are rifled and a patched RB fits tight and grabs the rifling well and is very accurate. You didn`t say what cal. the rifle is but it looks to be a 45, maybe a 50 by the size of the cleaning jag. The 38-40 case will only hold a small amount of powder compared to...

Shot a little more, 25 rounds in the left dot with the rifle at 18 yards.
15 rounds in the right dot with the pistol, dern sights are just to fuzzy.

My MKII Government Target was the first new handgun I bought. For awhile I had a scope on it, and at 25yds it was indeed a one ragged hole shooter. This is the shooter I'd pick if I had a bet on if I could hit a pop can at 100yds.....Pitchy, I want to get those grips, I hope they still make them :)...

Those are superb pistols, Pitchy. They are capable of 1-hole groups - although your pics show good shooting for sure! :D (No offense intended!) I greatly prefer those Hogue grips like yours is sporting, as well as the bull barrel. They make a nice club gun for bullseye, and are also a great field p...

I moved a ladder stand to a new location on the other side of the field across from the stand on the sawmill. Was a Gander MT store today and looked at a real nice one like that one.
