Man you must be one heck of a shot! Most guys I know can't wack a soda can(every time)at 75+yds???????? The problem is (if you can shoot a gun----you can shoot a crossbow)especially fitted with a good red dot. Shooting a hand released bow(compound or not)----totally different. Up here--------------...

They're legal in Fla. I don't see where they've made that much of an impact when you consider the modern compound bows there's little difference IMHO. Is it necessary to move from grit to grit: 120 -> 180 ->220 -> 280 ->320 -> 360 -> 400 I notice sometimes form 120 to 200 its harder to get the scratches out. Guess its what you like to shoot, I'm on my 3rd barrel in my M70 300 win mag. Shoot it alot, sometimes 700 rounds a year.
But I do have a 500 Smith encore, I load 700 gr bullets in and it will slap the snot right out of ya.
