The cold didn't used to bother me, but anymore my tolerance is becoming less and less. Can't wait for a warm sunny day. jb 8) Same, Jason. The older I get the more the damp & cold of southern winters hurts my joints. At this point I would rather take colder and drier. We've still goy sub-freezi...

Very nice, Nath! That is a bit over $400 USD here, and that's a great deal for a semi-auto. Y2K's first pump shotgun was a Hatsan "Escort" in 20 gauge, and its a great little shotgun (though he outgrew it fast).

Now what he did was crazy. Take on men with machine guns and grenades! They killed 12 people and wounded 50-some before he stopped them. With a .38 Special snubby revolver. He stepped up to stop animals from killing the flock. Brave... and lucky, but that is a good combination. I will never stop lo...

Re: I wonder how many of these were 'liberals'...???
I can remember reading a short story, back in the late 70's, that had a plot along the lines that you would get a million dollars (or some large amount) but someone you did not know well would die. The person debated vigorously, and finally decided to do it. Almost instantly a knock on the door, and...

The people most at risk are the ones living in the deep south because their homes are simply not built in a way to protect from extreme cold. Friday's low in Little Rock was forecast at 3°. Correct! Even on "newer" homes, they are just not insulated like they are up north. Commercial buil...

Will they get the same treatment as the "January 6-ers" got?

Bottom line, we need the NRA. That is what we need again out of the NRA. The focus needs to be on...

I'll be hitting 60 this year. I have to smile a bit over all the responses, having had the same journey that many of us apparently had. I was a recoil junkie in my 20's, hand loading .44 Magnum rounds for my Ruger Super Black Hawk that were more than a bit "hot". Had some loads where I had...
