I need to borrow my brother's Glock for comparison, but I think it's not that far off now. It may be getting pretty close to becoming target capable.
It is not the same gun any more.

I intend to, but 380 reloading tools are more rare than ammo. I've had a set of dies back-ordered for some time.Do you reload for it at all?

I sometimes shoot CB longs in my 10-22 with no suppressor. The sound of the firing pin on the case head is louder than the report.
I do have to cycle it by hand, but there are no feeding issues.

Yes I paid for the work. They were the only folks I'd heard of putting that kind of site on an LCP. There was even machine work involved on the underside of the site. They spend most if their efforts making supressors and suspended site work indefinitely right after I sent mine in. Even with the sit...

Not too long ago I had a Trijicon nite site installed on my LCP. After getting it back I shot it quite a bit off-hand and was pleased with the results. But then... Yesterday I noticed the front sight was not in the middle any more. Upon examination I discovered the folks who installed it cut the dov...

Re: Here is my barbecue rig for my 1911s.
Why is it called a barbeque rig? Texas lawmen are often obligated to attend celebratory functions, usually involving BBQ. These are opportunities to dress to impress and, well your normal duty gun is usually utilitarian in appearance. Many have a nicely to gaudily engraved or otherwise enhanced wea...

That is an easy fix!The only downside I can find...it does not have a 1/2 cock hammer...Two pluses....no cross-bolt or tang safety.

So? I need to convert my percussion to a flinter? i wonder how hard that is? I've done it. It is easy if there were both flint and percussion versions of the same model as you don't have to do much to switch locks (both use the same lock plate). Pull the drum and nipple and install a vent plug. The...

I carry a set of rubber (not foam) earplugs in my pocket all the time. I never shoot anything without them. It would have to be a real emergency for me not to take the time to install them. I also use them in my shop when at the anvil, lathe or such.

Think slow moving parade. This is according to the TxDOT report quoted in the local paper (Abilene is 150 miles from Midland). The lights started flashing 20 seconds before the train hit the crossing. The arms came down 13 seconds ahead of the train. The train sounded its horn 9 seconds before. Thes...
