This is my second attempt at knife making,it's getting better.Made the blade from an old circular saw blade,heat treated it and buffed it with my table top buffer....The brass is made from a brass washer and buffed...Belt sanded the antler and buffed it.... Wrapped the end with a piece of deer skin...

The way they are made doesn't lend themselves to "tightening" them up easily or with any sort of permanence. Put a tang sight on it and never look back. k Brent, I have no idea who told you that but after playing with a dozen or so of bolt peep 71's over the years, I have never seen that....

Was at a LGS last week and he had a Lyman All American 4X Perma Center Rifle Scope with a Duplex Reticle. The scope looks like it just came out of the box,not a mark on it and clear as a bell.
