Well it certainly stays where the money is. 1st world countries got hit hard with US top of the list. 100 or so 2nd and 3rd world countries hit less. Its had time to spread round the globe 6x by now so all I can put it down to is the virus can smell a dollar .

CFE pistol seems to be in the same general range as unique

Ive seen pistol data for 20/28 showing it matches Unique almost grain for grain.

357 carbine on real big game

in a pinch- political, economic or otherwise are there loads that if placed well enough take any game. I'll exclude african animals in the absence of many about here. :) And add the proviso for some game you cant expect to comfortably stop charges like you can with a 45-70 guide gun or 338 win mag.....

On the projectiles front in jacketed I have some boxes of Hornady 325XTP and some loose which I believe are 275gn speer and 275gn Barnes XPB.

In my loads, I use CCI 350 primers when using max loads of H110/WW296. I have found that those 2 powders do not give best results with regular primers. For Longshot, H4227, and Li'l Gun I use WLP or standard CCI 300 primers. If the rifle primers fit without sticking out, I never tried - so I do not...

I use hodgons and alliants online reload data as well as owning a few hard copy manuals. Just wondered if any other old speer, lyman, hornady etc manuals could be found as a PDF anywhere?

Fellas would you say this calibre is a different class than 44 mag or larger version of same thing. I am talking recoil, effectiveness, power etc. Recoil wont be so much of a problem in a long gun of course.

Ive used 22LR for headshooting hogs and 22WMR for broadside shooting them. Neither ideal but they will get the job done. 22LR penetrates up to 2" of pine, that beats a lot of animals skulls. It will still penetrate 1/2"of pine at 400 yards. Not that anyone would be landing shots at that ra...
