Athlon Sports Group bought out the old Harris titles & has carried on with several of the gunmags.
It looks like they're honoring the Harris subscriptions.
They're also using up un-pubbed material they inherited from Harris' stockpile.

Re: Henry Golden Boy Endurance Run
The Henry's definitely showing less wear than my loading thumb. :) That knurled mag trombone end is tough on skin. Keep thinking I'm gonna HAVE to clean the gun at some point, but not yet. Staying clean under the extractor, zero extraction failures. Roughly 13,500 rounds in & still going strong....

Four cases down, two to go.
Looks like we may try for 25,000 rounds instead of the original 20,000 rounds planned for the test.

Considering the hi-speed hi-volume automated rimfire manufacturing process used nowdays, I'm not surprised to find a few duds along the way. 7000 rounds of bulk ammo, I'd expect some glitches in product. :) Part of the test, besides parts wear, is also finish wear. The "gold" color isn't a...

Two cases down.
So far, the ammo's more erratic in QC than the gun.
Three or four bent rounds, half a dozen empty cases, 8 or 9 misfires, 4 or 5 of those that wouldn't light up on second strike in place or rotated position.

In the CAS event I mentioned, if a low-velocity (low-recoil) lead bullet could ignite a primer and blow the magazine, I see no reason why a standard velocity bullet with enough of a point could do the same, IF everything happened to line up just wrong.
