To me they are only worth it if you are left handed. CRKT, Schatt Morgan, Queen Cutlery are good picks.

One thing you may or may not know is when loading through the gate only push the cartridge 3/4 of the way in unless it’s the last one. This keeps the fighting to a minimum.

The LEE O-ring nut is OK if you remove the die by grabbing the nut and not the die body. Be sure to snug the nut down to seat the O-ring once it is adjusted first . Or you can buy a bunch of split locking rings to replace the LEE ones.

Yep like sanding/filing concrete. I got a left hand thumbhole for a Savage Axis, good stock and good fit just too long in the thumb web for me.

I bought a .520 dia round ball mold off a guy, USPS says it was delivered on the 15th and I ain’t seen it. I looked in the mailbox early this morning and it was there, my mail doesn’t come till late afternoon. It had to show up on Sunday.

You may want either Lyman or RCBS dies as Buffalo arms offers expander plugs in a size you would need. You may also consider fire forming you cases and never resize them again, not even neck sizing. This will prevent the case mouths from looking like a snake swallowing a bullfrog. Just make sure you...

That rifle should swallow.380 dia bullets, my legendary frontiersmen did easily. And would shoot your eye out at 100 yards with 10gr unique. And don’t buy into the hard bullet BS. Might be different where you live, but in Wyoming Verizon service is absolutely the pits, once you get a few miles out of town you are SOL. I scoured many coverage maps of the four major providers and Verizon and AT&T come out on top. All the cheaper plans are MVNO (Mobil virtual network operators) that buy unused time from the major provides. Tracfone is supposed to use everyone’s service / towers but as a second rate citizen IMHO....

Okay I’ve done some more reading and looks like Verizon and AT&T are best with Verizon having the edge for me. My tracfone is an MVNO which is supposed to use all the major carriers but I think it just uses Sprints which is the worst of all.

I retired from the military this May. We were forced to get them and I told myself never again. Was in Walgreens a couple weeks ago and the gal said free flu shot with your VA card. Since it was MY choice I got one.

This Illinois watch was my Grandpaw’s he got it in the 1920’s
I opened it up and it’s 17 jewel and is a 1923 model.

Wood bullets ?

So I bought this Dietz #2 D-Lite lantern today and was cleaning it up and noticed something rattling around in the fuel tank. It was these two wood slugs .33 dia and 1.27 long. There was old stale fuel in it so maybe they could have swelled some. The lantern is a 1945 model. Any ideas.

Glad it worked out. There were a multitude of different rear and front sights used being different styles and heights. Smokeless and Blackpowder heights.

My 1919 30-30, someone filled down the buck horn so ya gotta set the bead low plus button maged it i think for accuracy.
