Those are all fine looking rifles.When deer hunting I alwaye remove the small hole disc and use the sight as is. Front sight only and eye is auto centered in rear sight.

I gave my son my 37 with a deerslayer barrell.He is a lefty. The 37 had a conversion kit to change from righjt to left.I had my gunsmith change it.No drilling just remove rt side and install left side.They are not interchangeable sort of like tail lights on new pickups now days

what an "88" is ,is a bolt gun worked by a lever.Slow feed a regular turnbolt OK. NEVER slow feed a LEVER. My 88 is same way.

Antone have a Win mod 64 in 32 spcl? I received mine from dad-inlaw 20 yrs ago. Just came from a gunshop and saw there were .32 spcl in Rem,Fed and Win. $22 a box but limited to any 2 boxes mix or match cal. Ammo is out ther just spend time crusing the gunshops and you will h patdirt.

Worked for PPL here in Pa.We used cant hooks when setting pole to turn the pole before tamping in dirt.Ares had a claw on the end instead of point.Pike poles used to plumb poles had the twisted point.Guess the tool had a name for what ever it was desined for Sort of like a northeast wind shifter!!!
